the .svn/ dirs were being removed by build_iso.sh. I've
temporarily disabled that in r7507 but it should be turned
back on for the final build to save space.

The docs failed because MapGuide left the dpkg system in a
broken state, so install_main_docs.sh could not 'apt-get install'
the tools it needed to run.

deegree: will have to wait until the next build (fixed ports)

geonetwork: any error message? what happens? the install log
looks ok to me.

rasdaman: didn't install due to broken R repository, next build..

great. do you see the 'pink tile' problem with MapFish?
is that just when it is tested off-line?

we remove the unique keys on purpose before creating the ISO.
(if not it wouldn't be so unique once duplicated...)
