Paul,
I've very nervous to discover that we might not be accounting for 
MapWindow on the DVD at this very late stage in our build cycle.
Can you please try and touch base with Angelos on 
irc://freenode.net#osgeolive as soon as you can.

I'd like to determine:
1. Is MapWindow included in the windows installer directory on 
osgeolive5.5rc2?
2. If not, how much space does it take up?

I suspect that you will need to include the installer.
Hopefully Angelos can work with you to test installing into a RC3, and 
see if there is sufficient space.

Re size, the installer can be - the smaller the better.
