[Live-demo] revitalize doc builds

Hello List,

Happy new Year and all the best for 2012!

During the release cycle for version 5.5 we could access the current
committed documentation at
http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/index.html

Right now it's not available and I got http 324 errors. Could somebody
reactivate the build script?
