 Mapnik was upgraded to version 2 and the xml style definition changed. I
 upgraded the population.xml style file inside the tilelite.tgz with the
 upgrade_map_xml.py script from Mapnik. It updated style works (on 6.0
 alpha 3) with Tilelite and MapProxy.

 Someone needs to upload the .tgz file.
