ok, done, although I only saw one of them:
  rm -rf "$INSTALL_DIR/web2py/applications/eden/.git*"

should there be another?


Poking around a bit I see a number of other projects keep .svn/
dirs behind, I'll work on getting rid of those too for extra
space...
