[Live-demo] notes to update docs

A couple notes as I go through the docs and presentation materials 
- PostGIS has now graduated
- We have a few more projects entered into incubation
- It would be good to have a geospatial library page for JTS Topology Suite

And for the main website:
- It would be good to update the osgeo website to match the live-dvd categories
- The project links on the main website are so inconsistent, at this point it would be better just to link to the individual project websites
