[Live-demo] A few fixes

The following are committed, review and feedback welcome.

1) PostGIS has now graduated

I was fixed.

2) We have a few more projects entered into incubation

Marked the following as in incubation:
- added incubation badge to marble_overview.rst

3) It would be good to have a geospatial library page for JTS Topology Suite

jts_overview.rst added, along with a screen snap, and took the web page header as the logo for now. Content comes from the JTS website, was unable to find a food overview to link to.
