[Live-demo] Xubuntu 13.04 build test

In answer to Angelos' earlier question about whether we should move to 
Ubuntu 13.04 or stick with 12.04 LTS.
My inclination would be to stick with a LTS release for as long as we 
can, in order to reduce our maintenance overhead. (This would be in line 
with our policy of stability and quality over latest features).

Lubu does look interesting if it can save us space and speed up 
applications.
