 The Rasdaman quickstart doesn't follow the format defined at:
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Add_Project#Application_Quick_Start

 In particular, it is missing a 10 minute scenario, documented with step by
 step instructions and screen shots for each step.

 Instead, it primarily points users at the Rasdaman examples.
 This is an issue because it doesn't address:

 1. New users like to look at (without running) a scenario to get a feel
 for what an application does.

 2. Testers want to be able to walk through a scenario, looking at the
 screen shots to verify things work as expected.
