[Live-demo] Updates on gvSIG documentation

Hi all,

As part of the change of our major version from gvSIG 1.12 to gvSIG
2.0 on this release, Manuel Madrid from the gvSIG team has updated our
overview and quickstart. I've updated the documentation on commit
#10392[1].

One remaining task is removing proprietary libraries from debian
package, AFAIK now they are removed after installation as a
workaround. Have I time to do this next week or it's better to just
wait for the next release?
