[Live-demo] GeoNode application for LiveDVD

I upgraded GeoNode to Django 1.5 yesterday - that will let us use the
system version and save at least 8mb.[1]

Stephan, now EOxServer and GeoNode could use the same Django if it is
installed systemwide (and we make it to the dvd).
