[Live-demo] Robe access request to OSGeo Live Demo SVN

It's been a couple of hours since I made the change to quickstart  and don't
see the updates 
http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/quickstart/postgis_quickstart.
html  (the wiki says it builds nightly so that might be expected)

Can you check to make sure I didn't break anything.
 
I tried to build under my mingw environment but I don't have sphinx
installed so failed sphinx-build. I guess I'll have to set that up before I
can test locally.

I'm pretty sure the osgeo docs are updated on an hourly basis. 
If you have a linux environment, you can build the docs yourself.
cd trunk/doc
make html
