 install_mapfish.sh fixed to point to a valid folder: /etc/apache2/conf-
 enabled

 This brings us to the real problem: the *.conf files in
 /usr/local/lib/mapfish/MapfishSample/apache have to be ported to the
 Apache 2.4 style.

 Any volunteers?
