Could you please update the documentation for developers [E1] because
using the current version, I am not able to build a working iso. An
waiting for a new nightly being build is not very efficient. Issues:

* wrong base ISO mentioned: currently xubuntu-12.04-desktop-i386.iso ->
should be something lubuntu-*, or not?
* script /home/user/gisvm/bin/inchroot_debug.sh not available
* script /home/user/gisvm/bin/build_chroot_debug.sh not available
* using nightly results not in a working ISO but kills the xubuntu base VM
* maybe: update general VM documentation [E2]

PS: I am on vacation starting tomorrow, hence the 52nSOS installation
maybe broken until the beginning of Juli.
