 That's not the plan I originally agreed to. My understanding is that we
 would update it per release to lock in versions during our release cycle.
 So there would likely only be 1-4 updates per year and that older distros
 like 12.04 which we don't plan to build on won't receive any updates. Only
 14.04 will receive changes until we shift our base again.

 Anything more seems like extra work on our part that could be better spent
 elsewhere (like keeping ubuntugis up to date).
