 After upgrading to MapServer 7.0 the demo application (from version 6.0)
 is incompatible:

 loadLayer(): Unknown identifier. Annotation Layers have been removed. To
 obtain same functionality, use a layer with lable->styles and no
 class->styles
 }}}
