[Live-demo] Wiki update for Git

Our "official" git repository will move to OSGeo infrastructure soon (at
that time we will update the wiki accordingly).
I am planning to keep the GitHub synchronized with our GitLab
repository, so we can still accept pull requests from both systems.
So the short answer is yes :)
