[Live-demo] OSGeoLive 10.0 status: distribution & FOSS4G 2016

Hi All

With the final release looming, a question to whom it may concern. 
I am preparing the OSGeo booth for Foss4g in Bonn. To spread our message the OSGeoLive CD/USB is an essential part of our presentation.
Could someone with more experience/background inform me how these USBsticks are produced usually?
I guess an amount of 200 will suffice for Bonn.
I can take care of logistics....
