[Live-demo] OSGeo live cursor issue

Hi all,

During the workshops at FOSS4G we noticed a problem when the laptops were
locked or suspended.
The mouse cursor is not longer visible when you return.
A workaround if you end up in this situation is doing CTRL+F1 (you will get
a command line, no need to enter anything here) and CTRL+F7.

The underlying issue is an issue with the driver for the intel graphics
card used by the workshop laptops, and a fairly common one.
A new package of the intel graphics driver has been released two days ago:
