Hi all,

There have been some minor complaints that the nightly build number does 
not always match the build date (e.g. a later build might take a 
previous build number etc). This happens because the build number is 
assigned from the number of commits since the last git tag (9.0). Some 
pull requests contain more than one commits, some contain just one 
commit, so a newer PR might have a smaller build number etc...

To avoid this confusion from now on, all builds based on a Pull Request 
branch will have no build number but include the PR number in their name 
e.g. osgeo-live-nightly-pr84-amd64-1b2aaf7.iso
Builds including more than one PRs will include all PR numbers in their 
name e.g. osgeo-live-nightly-pr84_85_86-amd64-1b2aaf7.iso

If an iso has the build number in the name (like it did so far), it 
means that it comes from master branch.
Testers are expected to test the numbered (master) builds, while 
developers are expected to test their PR builds.
