[Live-demo] Review of istSOS Project Overview

Hi Maxi,
We were discussing the istSOS Project Overview docs in our weekly
OSGeo-Live meeting today.
Have you had a chance to go back and re-check my original review (where I
made a number of tweaks to the proposed text).

I've re-attached my review text. (I suggest using my text as a basis, and
if you have any changes, then apply them over mine).

aligns with the rest of the OSGeo-Live documentation.

from Open Geospatial Consortium."
to:
"* Publish sensor data in accordance with the Sensor Observation Service (
SOS) standard."

Could you please have a look at the review I provided, and do a "diff"
comparison with your text. Hopefully most of my suggested changes should be
able to be used without changes.
