 GeoServer now has a vector tiles plugin. However, it is considered
 "stable" only in the 2.11.x series, on the 2.10.x series it is still to be
 downloaded from the "community" section of nightly builds:
 http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/geoserver/2.10.x/community-
 latest/geoserver-2.10-SNAPSHOT-vectortiles-plugin.zip
