[Live-demo] [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo-Live Press Release 78: OSGeo-Live 11.0 - Need help translating and testing

Hi all,

French links are fixed. I took the chance to update french translation too
on those docs. PR is on the way.

One question, is mapwindow still provided ? It seems to need a Microsoft
Windows installation and we don't provide windows installer anymore.
