[Live-demo] OSGeoLive 11.0 status: rc1

Hi all,

After a great FOSS4G Europe in Paris and a very productive Code Sprint 
[1] (many thanks to the organizers!), we are today releasing the first 
release candidate for OSGeo-Live 11.0.

Please download [2] [3], test and report any issues found [4] so that 
FOSS4G 2017 Boston can get the best release ever!
