[Live-demo] MapWindow and OSGeo-Live?

Angelos, Paul,

What is the situation with the windows based MapWindow on OSGeo-Live. We 
used to include the Windows installer on our distribution (which is what 
is implied by http://live.osgeo.org/en/overview.html ) however our 
status sheet suggests that it is not included:

If it is not included, do we know from which release of OSGeo-Live it 
was not included from?
