[Live-demo] OSGeo live - new candidate: Halestudio

I am also in favor of including Halestudio in OSGeo-Live.
Unfortunately the 300+ MB footprint is way above our disk capacity right
now, we would need to have it stripped from all extra parts (JRE, demo
data etc)
