[Live-demo] Name inconsisetnecies

At today's IRC meeting, we voted to use the name "OSGeoLive" (no hyphen 
or space), with the alternative form "osgeolive" for things such as URLs 
in which lowercase is used by tradition. See the IRC logs for discussion:

I will update the logo to match this change.
