[OSGeoLive] trac issues changed location

Hello all

The new trac instance for OSGeoLive is ready and can be found here:

https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive

Please fill any new tickets on that track.

Things TODO:

step 1) Delete from the database tickets that don't belong to OSGeoLive
step 2) Clean up old trac from the tickets that belong to OSGeoLive
