[OSGeoLive] trac issues changed location

Hello Luca

In transifex we can have a different project set up for the wiki (so I
think) so that we don't mix documentation generated from the OSGeoLive
documentation with wiki documentation
I think I can add you as admin, I am in the IRC chat, please contact me
there so that we can talk about transifex with the wiki
