[Ben Caradoc-Davies]

I have attached my version of the OSGeo Live logo:

- Alex's emblem with the play triangle
- SVG colours adjusted to match the official branding RGB colours
- Added text "OSGeo Live" with official colours and font

The original Inkscape SVG and simplified SVG used to render the PNG are
