[OSGeoLive] Overviews

​Hi all
As we mentioned 2 weeks ago, we will include the language that has all the
overviews translated.
​Because of typo fixes, etc, completed translated files in transifex became
non completed.
The zip file is needed in order to finish the disk with documentation.
So, for the sanity of the translators, I want to leave any PR pending or
future PR that affects an overview, after the alpha release is finished, so
that as soon as I see the languages finish (again) the overviews I make the
zip file needed.
