 **12dev** alpha1;

 succesfull install of `sf` via **CRAN** using four lines..
 requires **C++** and **gfortran** ;
 harmlessly links to existing **GEOS**, **GDAL** and **Proj4** ;
 multistage C++ build locally ; improvements welcome
