[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 12.0 status: distribution

Hi all,

After a week of testing and possitive feedback from FOSS4G, we have a final
OSGeoLive 12.0 iso.

Checklist for release:
* Rename rc1 iso to final (done)
* Create tags on git (done)
* Upload iso to SourceForge (done)
* Create VM version (assigned to Angelos)
* Upload VM to SourceForge (assigned to Angelos)
* Copy documentation to webextra 12.0 folder (done)
* Switch webextra link from 11.0 to 12.0 (assigned to Brian - To be done
after VM version is uploaded)
* Press release (no assignee - To be done after the website and uploads are
in place)
