[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 13.0 status: rc1

Hi all,

After a short round of testing, all aplications are confirmed to be
starting up properly in RC1. We need to test as many quickstarts as
possible.

Some issues have been reported in Trac:
1. Monteverdi (OTB UI) is crashing when opening images:
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/ticket/2171
This is an upstream bug
https://gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org/orfeotoolbox/otb/issues/1930 which is
scheduled to be fixed in OTB 7.0.0. Since Monteverdi is not used in the OTB
quickstart, I do not consider this critical. The OTB applications and
quickstart works as expected.
2. ZOO-Project OTB demo is not working.

3. OpenLayers quickstart issue https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/ticket/2163.
This has already been fixed in git. We can push a docs update to the ppa.

A big thanks to Brian for the excellent collection of Jupyter notebooks
that are now included in the disk.
