[OSGeoLive] OSGeolive 13.0 provide iso for USB printing today

Hi Astrid,

My server at NTUA is currently off (probably because of a big fire around
the area yesterday caused a black out). I am not currently in Athens so I
cannot go and check, we will need to use ucdavis mirror for now.

http://osprey.ucdavis.edu/downloads/osgeo/gisvm/gisvm/13.0/osgeolive-13.0rc1-amd64.iso

No blockers as far as I know.
