[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 13.0 status: rc3

Initial RC3 testing results:

Under KVM:
* All applications start fine

Under VirtualBox 6:
* All applications start fine
* Some demo issues when network is absent

On bare metal, through bootable USB:
* All applications start fine

I know Brian has already tested on VirtualBox 5.x and installed RC3
succesfully on a PC.

Please test and report back!
