[OSGeoLive] Mapnik in OSGeoLive

Hello all,

During my work on the Quickstarts, a few things came up that I need to
raise more broadly. One of these was a comment Dane made about Mapnik:

"I recommend removing Mapnik from the project."

I'm sharing this to start the conversation.

I’ve not been involved in the project for many years and don’t have
the ability to help. But thanks for your effort and good luck with
your work!
I recommend removing Mapnik from the project.
