[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive and Google Season of Docs has launched

I think this Google Season of Docs program is nicely timed to help launch a
burst of energy into an OSGeoLive documentation initiative. This is
something I'm personally planning to focus time on.

Thank you for your feedback on the initial proposal of Google’s Season of

Season of Docs is a Google program that fosters collaboration between open
