Looks like Ubuntu 20.4. was released!

Lubuntu 20.4 is not there yet.

So I am curious when we will start the release circle.

We could make a meeting and work on the schedule.

FOSS4G will not take place in 2020. But it still would be great to have 
a COVID-19 Edition in summer. Maybe we could provide some special 
COVID-19 relate data and examples?
