 From the titles:
 1. one is to document the project
 2. One is about configuring the project documentation That is to fill up
 `projects_info.csv` file

 So they do different things.
 I agree that information is duplicated.

 This section from (1) should be removed from here as it belongs to the how
 to configure and (2) is already complete
