[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14.0 status: alpha2

Hi all,

After our discussion during the OSGeo Virtual Code Sprint, I have 
gathered all the testing feedback and opened tickets for all pending 
issues for 14.0 release. It looks like we have quite some work ahead of us.
