[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14.0 status: alpha4

Hi all,

Recently we had a lot of package updates in our development ppa, so we 
are releasing OSGeoLive 14.0 alpha4 to test the new updates.

Please download [1], [2], test and report any issues found [3]. Change 
log available at [4].
