[OSGeoLive] Quickstarts for 13.1 - merge status

Hi Felicity,

I've just checked https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/pull/525

It looks like you have closed the ticket without merging? I'm guessing 
this probably wasn't your intent?
