[OSGeoLive] GeoNetwork update

Dear OSGeo Live team,

this week GeoNetwork community is running a codesprint as every year
(unfortunately this year in remote) and we have some time to help to update
the GeoNetwork version used in OSGeo Live.

How can we help with this task?
