[OSGeoLive] when do we start working on OSGeoLive 14?

Hi Astrid,
Lubuntu has been released as well, I have already upgraded one of the
build servers to start testing.
I agree that we should start the release circle for 14.0.
Lets meet on Tuesday and plan ahead.
