[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14.0 status: alpha2

Hi all,

In order to have a testing iso for the OSGeo Code Sprint tomorrow, I 
have prepared an alpha 2 build.

Please download [1], [2], test and report any issues found [3]. Change 
log available at [4].
