[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14.0 status: alpha5

Hi all and happy new year!

After some bug fixing during the holidays, we are releasing OSGeoLive 
14.0 alpha5. This will probably be the last alpha build before moving to 
beta stage.

Please download [1], [2], test and report any issues found [3]. Change 
log available at [4].
