[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14 Desktop Background

Hello everybody.

I have to record the presentation for FOSDEM in february this weekend.

@Brian - I was wondering if you worked already on the desktop background 
for version 14.

Because it would be nice to show something with Argentina already in the 
presentation.

If the background image is not there already I could take the old map 
image as it is and OSGeoLive logo and Version just as a draft.
