 * with raw installation pgadmin does not have the server connection to
 localhost
 * but a server connection would be helpfull as our users are not advanced
 and could fail at the beginning

 * the information is saved in the /home/user/.pgadmin/pgadmi4.db in Table
 server
 * normally you set it via clicks in the gui:
