[OSGeoLive] Motion: Invite Enock Seth Nyamador to join OSGeoLive PSC

Dear OSGeoLive PSC,

I'd like to raise a motion to officially invite Enock Seth Nyamador to 
join the OSGeoLive PSC [1]

He has been an active contributor to OSGeoLive for a while now and 
regularly attending our meetings.
